--International Stupidy on Human Rights--
To make Human Rights Universal it should be Complete first.
Putting incomplete Human Rights as Universal is just a dumb and lazy way on solving things.
Incomplete definition of Human Rights that is Univeral can be exploited/used to violate other facets of Human Rights.
The combination of the conditions of which Human Rights Violation vs Exploitation is very LARGE to near Infinity.
That we will just have to hear peoples voice on how their "Human Rights" are VIOLATED OR how they EXPLOITE it, then the gov't weigh their options.
Ergo: International community should listen to ALL kinds of filipinos first, not the ELITIST!!!!!!!!!
What happen in the philippines is that Cartels already VIOLATE filipinos HUMAN RIGHTS by selling addictive and destructive substance.
A president (identifies the violation) take drastic actions so that philipine will once again be a NON-NARCHO STATE.
Then the MEDIA EXPLIOTS another facet of HUMAN RIGHTS that blindly(maybe) protect the CARTELS.
They use Criminal Human Rights (another facet of HUMAN RIGHTS), which they arbitrarily call HUMAN RIGHTS, to stop Duterte.
This is stupidy! Every people with common sense knows it by instinct. Duterte knows the EXPLOITATION that he cries foul to the MEDIA.
But they don't listen and act deaf.
ERGO: Onesided justice is INJUSTICE!!!!
The international community are too dumb still GRAPPLING the meaning of Human Rights.
So they strip the meaning of HUMAN RIGHTS then apply it everywhere call it universal w/c results to conflicts - what a dummy.
ERGO: Stupidity!!!! Why are humans can be this so stupid?

The problem with CHR is their meaning are reduce to government handling on criminals.
And all their energies are focused on the Government.
They should rename it Criminal Rights to be exact.
Why can't they include Human Protection from Exploitation in our so called "Human Rights"?
And why can't they understand that drug cartels are exploiting humans to buy their addictive and destructive goods.
Does the CHR only focusing on governments for their convenience?
Ow yeah here we are trying to copy the West again. I believe that filipinos are way better than that..

The real problem is the philippine MEDIA and journalists are almost all sided with the LIBERAL PARTIES.
Human Rights will be back again after another LP will became president and even if that LP president will butcher all its poor citizens,
and make the 90 years old farmer cry!
The fucking MEDIA will sing hallelujah and will claim that philippines is the peacefull motherfucking country in
the entire Universe! Thats it! Human Rights will always be an issue as long as their boss is not in power.
